It Takes Events has surpassed my expectations in planning my 1 year old birthday party! As a new mom in a pandemic, you can imagine the stress of a baby while planning a birthday party (that everyone will have fun and feel safe). Rae and Joanna completely took over and made sure that my son’s first birthday was amazing and flawless. We had our first consultation 2 months out and they quickly created a proposal. Throughout the planning, they were responsive- which is what I so appreciated. They made me feel comfortable and reassured. They coordinated décor, food/beverage, location, invites, guestlist and my photographer. I did not have to worry about anything! On top of that, they were so creative in helping me design a theme that is perfect for my family. Another reason that they are so special is their organization. I was blown away at how organized they were throughout the planning process. The party turned out seamless with zero chaos. Everyone had a great time! Most importantly, I was stress free! I got to enjoy my son’s special day!
I am so appreciative of Rae and Joanna’s attention to details and their passion in their work. The party was epic and my friends/family all had a blast. They are a true GEM! Thank you for making this day so memorable for us!

Rae & Joanna are real Pros!! They thought of Every Little Detail for my kid’s birthday party & it turned out better than I imagined. Everyone had an amazing time (adults included), all while being very affordable too! I highly recommend hiring IT TAKES EVENTS for your next event, big or small :)

We hired It Takes Events to help plan our baby shower and it was the best decision ever!
We had no idea how to throw a party and knew we would need help. Rae and her team came to the rescue and helped us with literally everything. They were incredibly organized and detail oriented. They listened to all our wishes while providing a lot of proactive ideas and made sure deadlines were met.
We love how they gave us a lot of options for venues, theme, food, desserts, decorations, and more.
The event was amazing, all our guests and us had a wonderful time. The whole experience was stress free and smooth. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!
