- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Engagements are priced at $100/hr for remote work and $130/hr for onsite. Monthly retainers are available for ongoing engagements and are scoped based on hours and deliverables. There are no hidden fees. All engagements begin with a scoping conversation to ensure the right fit before any commitment is made.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every engagement starts with a 30-minute discovery call to understand priorities, gaps, and goals. From there I propose a scope of work with clear deliverables and a recommended engagement structure. Most clients begin with a 30-day operational reset so results are visible quickly before a longer commitment is made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an MBA and have 15+ years of experience across executive support, HR, operations, vendor management, and project management in tech, private equity, and high-growth environments.
