- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone call or form submission to understand the issue or request. From there, we offer honest guidance—whether it’s a replacement, repair, or upgrade. Once we confirm the job, we schedule promptly, show up on time, and make sure the work is done cleanly and efficiently. We’ll walk you through everything before and after the job to ensure you’re confident and satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead techs are trained and experienced in residential and commercial water heater installation, with up-to-date knowledge of city code requirements. We’ve handled everything from basic 40-gallon swaps to high-efficiency tankless upgrades, and we keep current on the latest products from top brands like Bradford White, Rheem, and Navien.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We’re a family-run business that started helping neighbors with water heater issues around the Bay Area. What began as word-of-mouth work quickly grew into a licensed operation focused solely on water heaters—because we know how important hot water is, and we’re really damn good at it.
