- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you take multiple lessons a week, I will give you a discount of 5 dollars by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask you a few questions to know your tennis background before meeting you on the court and then when we meet for the first time, I will hit with you for a few minutes. This will allow me to make a detailed "diagnostic" of your game and will propose a plan to improve your game overall.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by the French tennis federation and by the Professional Tennis Registry here in the USA. I am also a very active player on the NorCal circuit where I am one of the top players.
