Yvan was quick to respond to the task and visit onsite to provide a more accurate estimate. He offered a very competitive price and was also flexible to meet my budget. He also was able to complete the task the same day that I initiated the request. He cleaned up the exterior of the house (lots of cobwebs), power washed the front and back porches, and cleaned our gutters. He did a very thorough job and was professional and polite. I definitely would recommend Yvan and will likely reach back out to him annually for this same cleaning.

Yvan did very high-quality jobs on power washing retaining walls, concrete paves, the roof, gutter cleaning, and window clean. He came to check the roof condition and did preparation. He and his son are very professional. I highly recommend Yvan and would hire him again.

Yvan and team are absolutely wonderful to work with. They were super responsive on the initial communications, arrived at our house on time and worked exceptionally swiftly. We'd worked with other companies on windows, solar panels and exterior washing before, but none was as efficient or professional as Yvan's team. In terms of the quality of the service, the photos speak volumes. We will definitely work with Yvan again.

We have a home with a lot of glass - ExtraCleaners did a great job cleaning them and then power washing our decks too. They were punctual, great value! I’ll have them come back each spring for this and for gutter cleaning and skylight wash.

What a transformation of my windows! Yvan and Sebastian did an amazing job on my sliding doors and windows... not only are the windows clean but so are the tracks. Each window opens easily now. Few issues on scheduling but they did a great job and I'll definitely have them back again.
