Introduction: Chef Brandon is a Louisiana native servicing in the San Francisco bay area. Chef Brandon grew up in a family with a heavy Cajun/Creole background. Upon graduating high school Chef Brandon joined the United States Marine Corps as a food service specialist. After four years of service and a combat tour of duty, Chef Brandon was honorably reinserted into society with a brand new passion for cooking. In 2014 Chef Brandon enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu Los Angeles-Pasadena. At the culinary school, Chef Brandon honed old skills and incorporated new skills into his culinary repertoire. From the first communication to the end of the evening of our dinner at an AirBnB in Sonoma, Chef Brandon went above and beyond in every way. His flavor profiles and quality of his dishes surpassed our expectations. He prepared a four course meal: salad with a delicious locally sourced balsamic vinaigrette, handmade lobster ravioli w/a crustacean bisque, sausage and smoked chicken jambalaya, and a signature dulce de leche cheesecake with a shortbread crust - the best cheesecake I’ve ever had! Everything tasted amazing from start to finish! Thank you, Chef Brandon!!!

Chef Brandon really saved the day! One week before our wedding we decided to hire a private chef, and he respond to me within minutes, which was such a relief! He was so accommodating to us regarding food allergies in our group, as well as making a long drive out to our home. We had a group of 7 adults and 2 children. Chef Brandon fit right in and we felt like he was a part of our family. Not only did he make us a delicious meal, but he also fed our photographer which was so thoughtful and kind! Thank you so much for making our wedding a stress free day!
