Chef Brandon is a Louisiana native servicing in the San Francisco bay area. Chef Brandon grew up in a family with a heavy Cajun/Creole background. Upon graduating high school Chef Brandon joined the United States Marine Corps as a food service specialist. After four years of service and a combat tour of duty, Chef Brandon was honorably reinserted into society with a brand new passion for cooking. In 2014 Chef Brandon enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu Los Angeles-Pasadena. At the culinary school, Chef Brandon honed old skills and incorporated new skills into his culinary repertoire. With a Cajun/Creole background, Chef Brandon brings unique flavors to the table using the freshest ingredients available.

Chef Brandon really saved the day! One week before our wedding we decided to hire a private chef, and he respond to me within minutes, which was such a relief! He was so accommodating to us regarding food allergies in our group, as well as making a long drive out to our home. We had a group of 7 adults and 2 children. Chef Brandon fit right in and we felt like he was a part of our family. Not only did he make us a delicious meal, but he also fed our photographer which was so thoughtful and kind! Thank you so much for making our wedding a stress free day! We can’t wait to have you back and we will be sure to refer you to our friends and family! ** I will make sure to update my review with photos! :)

I’ve always wanted to hire a private chef. So, for the hubby’s 50th birthday, I did exactly that. Chef Brandon is extremely professional, very personable and his food is amazing! I will definitely hire him again!

My wife and I celebrated our 1 year anniverary during a covid period where restaurants were closed so we rented an airbnb and had Chef Brandon come to cook a private meal. Chef Brandon was great and very professional and respected all safety guidelines. Food was great, and you could sense his passion for his craft. We went with a cajun menu and all I can say is wow Chef makes a great etouffee. Chef was also just a good person and very easy to talk to throughout the night with good stories abound.
