This was a wonderful experience from start to finish! He arrived at the stated appointment time, was very courteous and professional. He set up my WiFi connections and somehow managed to help me with my two laptops despite my forgetting my computer passwords! And because there was some time left after he was done, he put my piano bench together for me! I will definitely use his services again!

Justin was able to come same day and take a look at my computer that wouldn't start. He was upfront about the price for an hour of his time. He took his time methodically taking out pieces from the computer and explaining his steps. Unfortunately, the motherboard was shot, but I appreciated him working through it and giving me advice. I also asked him about a blown out projector and he gave me some good advice there. Appreciated his promptness and professionalism.

I came back from a long trip where I used my computer a lot and wasn't able to back it up. And then my computer failed--wouldn't turn on, wouldn't even know that the charger was plugged in! Justin replied within an hour and came to my house a couple hours later. Within 30 minutes he located the problem and fixed it. He clearly knows what he is doing and is an expert. No only that, he's a very pleasant guy--and he makes house calls! I will use his services next time I need help with my computer.
