Justin was able to come same day and take a look at my computer that wouldn't start. He was upfront about the price for an hour of his time. He took his time methodically taking out pieces from the computer and explaining his steps. Unfortunately, the motherboard was shot, but I appreciated him working through it and giving me advice. I also asked him about a blown out projector and he gave me some good advice there. Appreciated his promptness and professionalism.

I came back from a long trip where I used my computer a lot and wasn't able to back it up. And then my computer failed--wouldn't turn on, wouldn't even know that the charger was plugged in! Justin replied within an hour and came to my house a couple hours later. Within 30 minutes he located the problem and fixed it. He clearly knows what he is doing and is an expert. No only that, he's a very pleasant guy--and he makes house calls! I will use his services next time I need help with my computer.

Justin helped me trouble-shoot an extremely important data recovery situation. Within about 20 minutes, he was able to access all my files so I could see that my data was safe. He set up the old hard disk to copy to a new one, and he was on his way. Creative and effective!
