Nathalya came to my home the day after I found her on Thumbtack. Out of everyone I contacted she gave me the best price and had the Best reviews! she arrived at my house at 10 AM on time and early as her apt wasn’t until 10:15am and she left my house around 5:30 PM. She worked by herself and she cleaned each room spic and span.
She came equipped with her own products, vacuum, garbage bags, everything! She is super professional, efficient, and highly skilled!
I bought this house 20 months ago and she made it look like it did when I first moved in! Like a show room! I’m definitely booking her once a month as a part of my self-care. Thank you!! Amazing cleaner. Perfection! If I had to find one critique, it would be that she didn’t dust the back of my wall television that’s mounted on the wall. But I didn’t even mention it to her because she didn’t know It could swivel; next time I’ll ask her to clean behind the television because there will for sure be a next time! She has a very positive personality and she’s a HIGHLY skilled house keeper and I love that about her.

Nathalya is very detail oriented, she cleans things I never even thought about cleaning myself. She’s thorough, kind, and shows up ready to work. Nathalya has been cleaning our house for over two years. To say we're happy is an understatement. She is super punctual arriving same time every week (unless we're notified otherwise). She was very flexible with us as we started and quickly got into a full groove cleaning the house. The house looks wonderful and she frequently asks about our two girls (even going so far as a birthday/Christmas present on occasion!). She's a valued member of our team and we can't rate her high enough.
