Introduction: Monica has a very unique background in that she was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, is of Korean descent, went to Fashion Design School in Paris, France, but currently lives in Los Angeles, California with her husband, Gabe.
At a very young age, she developed a heart of justice and compassion for others after going through her own journey of healing, overcoming severe anxiety and depression herself. Marriage counseling is a must even with couples of 30 plus years. Communication has a way of devolving into a comfortable silence. An expert moderator is a must.

Working with Monica has truly been a blessing in itself. She is very kind, soft spoken, patient and very knowledgeable. She is a great listener and offers tools to not only better my relationship with my fiancé; but also how we can grow as a person individually. There are many times where she has gone above and beyond for us; whether it’s last minute scheduling or sending us words of encouragement via text. She makes us feel comfortable and we have truly seen the progress we’ve made in just a short amount of time.

If you want to change your life and truly find HEALTHY ways to look at and cope with life, then you want to work with Monica. I've had other therapists and none of them have been like Monica.
She truly helped me to find my own power and honor MYSELF. She's super patient, kind, and helpful. She always gives you sound advice and really just gets you on track to living your best, most fulfilled life. She also encouraged me on my path with God which has been the catalyst for my change!
