- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fairly priced & can likely accommodate your budget. Every project is different & I find it useful for both parties to know what they need before providing an estimate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From pre-production to post-production, we communicate with our clients in depth as much as we can (three 30 min meetings before the shoot date). Once the planning stage is completed - we execute production, meeting all the criteria for delivery & aesthetic as needed by the project. Lastly we go through the post production (editing) stage. This is where all of the assembly, color, music, SFX, VFX & titles take place. We then deliver a rough cut, (with two included rounds of changes/ revisions), afterwards delivering our final cut(s) + asset package meeting the necessary ingestion criteria per publication platform.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several degrees & certifications in our individual fields! Most of which pertains to the cinematic world & all the jobs/ tasks entailed in this industry.
