Introduction: I am proud of providing only the freshest seasonal ingredients for my clients. I try to schedule my service on the day of the week when there is a farmers market nearby. If needed, I would travel to two or three grocery stores in the morning of the cook date to source the best groceries. No cutting corners here!

I love going to farmers markets to check out what new produce appeared this week. I love the colors, textures, and, of course, flavors of the fresh fruits and vegetables. Then come the magic of transforming raw ingredients into a completed meal. Seeing the week or two worth of meals neatly stacked in the fridge, waiting for people to enjoy them. And I absolutely love it when a client sends me a message from their iPhone about how they liked my food!
