TLDR; Recommended to my friends. Surely will come back.
*MOST IMPORTANT* I'm not a human psychologist, but Juliana feels and behaves like an honest person. Since I had a bunch of "accidents" before with other house cleaning services, I value this most. I didn't hesitate a moment to leave Juliana alone in my apartments to do the work.
Work-wise, Juliana drastically exceeded expectations everywhere:
1. I shuttle-commute daily from SF to the office in Mountain View, it's crucially important for me to not miss my bus. Juliana was 5 minutes earlier than I expected - perfectly on time. And that's given the traffic jams which happen all the time in the morning around the city. (oftentimes house-cleaning services just were not able to get on time to me).
2. Juliana charged me $30 less then Handy would've. And the results were much better! And she accepts checks - yay!
3. Quality of work is superb. Even the back of the bed was cleaned from dust - no one has ever done this. A lot of little details which I notice and appreciate, like towels being wrapped nicely and old mirrors being cleaned - thanks!
