We aren’t just a general contractor. We’re also a builder able to complete many of the critical elements of the project ourselves, such as demolition, concrete, masonry, rough and finish carpentry. Instead of needing to hire multiple pros you can expect to only hire one for rough/ finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical, concrete & paint.
We know how to budget our time and our resources to deliver a quality structure on time and on budget.

Mario and his team were wonderful! Very responsive and easy to work with. The job started as a kitchenremodel, but turned into a few other side projects and was very easy to add items at a fair rate to the total job. Very happy with the overall craftsmanship and timeliness of everything. Would recommend Perez construction for any in-home construction or remodel.

We’re so grateful for the incredible job this team did on our new home. The work was done right exactly the way I wanted. A contractor friend advised me on what to do, and I got multiple estimates and Perez construction was the only one who suggested doing it right. And it was half the price of other estimates!

Great experience working with Mario and his team. Highly responsive, follows through and provides well-priced and high value work. They got an extensive wall repair job done in record time. Water damage impacted our second floor, stairs and basement and it was all fixed with new sheetrock within one day. We had 3 windows replaced that were old, with rotted sills and one didn’t even open. Perez construction replaced them and repaired the rot and waterproofed. It looks fantastic. They were punctual, Professional, and we loved the quality of the repair. Thank you!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to be friendly with all of our customers. Before providing a quote, I will need to see the job. We will schedule a free visit where I can provide an estimate, once we come to an agreement on the price and work needed, you will receive an invoice and we will get to work.
