I was very impressed with the quality of work and how quickly they were able to complete it without compromising on quality. my back fence was starting to cave in on my backyard but thankfully I was able to have them repair it before it fell over and did any major damage.
I am most appreciative of how friendly and how reasonably priced they were (especially compared to multiple other companies who wanted to charge a great deal more for extra unnecessary and time-consuming steps) and by how quickly they were able to accommodate me. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, competitive, and based on the size and scope of the project. Estimates include labor and materials unless otherwise noted. I also offer discounts for larger projects or returning customers whenever possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I schedule a visit or review photos of the project. Then I discuss the customer’s ideas, measurements, materials, and budget. After that, I provide a professional estimate and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the work and keep the customer updated throughout the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience in landscaping and construction work, including fence installation, artificial turf, pavers, concrete, and general outdoor remodeling. My training comes from real job-site experience and continuous learning in the industry.
