He came to Napa and did a combined dogtraining lesson with my sister and I. He was very good with the dogs and got her crazy 6 month old puppy to learn to lay down within minute. I will be recommending him to anyone looking for a dogtrainer.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our program is 5 lessons and spans 5 months. We do work nights and weekends but because everyone wants to book at this time, we offer discounts for appointments made during the day, during the week.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with clients one on one in their home, neighborhood and where ever they want to take the dog. We do discuss and educate clients on dog behavior, dog psychology and how to build the best relationship with your dog, but the one on one hands on coaching is the key to our success in achieving our clients' goals.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have trained literally hundreds of dogs of every breed, every age and every problem or issue. We've worked with sweet puppies that grew up into outstanding dogs and aggressive dogs who want to chew our arm off. No matter what your dog is doing, we have seen it all and are confident we can help.
