Good experience working with Yovanis. He completed the work much faster than expected although there were a few areas I wasn’t fully satisfied with, however he seemed to be in a rush to leave. For that reason I can’t give 5 stars but it’s not the biggest deal for a low complexity task.

I had a fence that was falling over from overgrown blackberry bushes. The project turned out to be bigger than expected, and Yovani and his assistant did a thorough job, pouring concrete footings, ripping out the bad wood, and erecting a perfectly straight fence line. They also handled a few odds and ends around the yard, and the overall price was very fair. I'm sure that Yovani did not bill me for all the extra hours going to Home Depot etc, and while they were here working, the billable hours were spent making the dirt fly, they are hard workers. Because English is their second language, take the time to fully explain what you want done, so you are on the same page. This was an excellent connection thru Thumbtack, with quick email interaction with Yovani before the job started.
