Introduction: Hello! My name is Christian Pérez I speak Spanish and English very fluent in both languages!
I am a construction lover, I been in various fields of the trade, my most relevant skill its doing woodworking rebuilding and building new things from residential remodels to a window restoration! I love what I do, for the past 8 years of my life, I been making home remodels and every new project its important and special for me! I starer working as a labor with my Dad, he’s been in the business longer than I am, very hard working man! I mostly done residential remodels interior and exterior, I have connections to the right guys for every trade required to remodel of a full house interior or exterior! I’ve work around the bay area, according to codes I’ve knowledge a lot of it, I have videos of some of my projects I’ve done over the years, start to finish I’ve work with so many people, make’s me happy seeing them with a happy face after making their dream project come true. Christian went above and beyond to fix an AC unit in my upstairs bedroom. It wasn't an easy fix, but he figured it out, bought parts, fixed it - all on short notice and for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

He recently completed the construction of my house, which included a wide range of services such as framing, seismic retrofitting, insulation, drywall, stairs, deck, patio, concrete pad, subfloor, heated floors, finished floors, tiles, garage door, doors, windows, and trim.
