Adrian, Tracie, and their team recently catered my wedding and did a FANTASTIC job! They were amazing to work with! Adrian and his chefs worked with me to come up with mouth watering appetizers. The main course they completely outdid themselves. They served slow cooked short ribs in an Asian inspired sauce, salmon with a tropical salsa, and eggplant Parmesan that left even the meat eaters wanting a bite. Tracie worked with me on renting the right amount of dishware and remembered all the things I didn't since our venue only came equipped with tables and chairs. She really made the whole process as stress free as possible for my mom and I. She did the entire venue set up with her staff and it look impeccable! She made sure all the little details were taken care. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Pier 15 and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Tracie designed & presented an extraordinarily successful afternoon/evening BBQ. We had friends from Darjeeling visiting and wanted them to experience a true American BBQ--Tracie selected and prepared the food--shrimp & tomato appetizers, ribs, chicken & salmon, cole slaw & potato salad, finished with delicious pies--arranged the tables and settings, right down to the checkered tablecloths & mason jar flower settings, and hired professional serving and cleaning staff. No question, Tracie caters every future event

The event was flawless and amazingly beautiful!
Tracie went above and beyond to ensure the wedding party , guests and staff were well taken care of!
Her eye for detail is acute and she is an absolute treasure to work with and for!
