Juan and his crew are definitely the best! I submitted a request on Thumbtack for some work done to my kitchen, bathrooms and paint. All I can say is Juan worked MIRACLES for my house!! He did a remodel with new kitchen cabinets, new flooring and vanities in both of my bathrooms. He does AMAZING WORK! He also replaced my doors, both interior and exterior and I love them. Juan is always very punctual and when he says he will do something, it will he done. His communication is excellent. He has creative ideas for projects and knows what will work best. The guys who work with him are all very nice and hard workers. Juan is the only person I will have do work for me in the future and I HIGHLY recommend him for any project!! Thank you so much Juan!

We hired Juan immediately for a bathroom remodel. He was professional, confident and had a new contracting business after working for someone else for 15 yrs. He did our job very quickly. Most work was very good. He is not a finished carpenter, so when we didn't like something, he brought in a friend to do the final touches. He was responsive to correction and was committed to our satisfaction. Rates were fair.

Competent, professional, responsive, integrity, punctual service. Barrios Construction found how water had got in my house when it rained. They demolished the bathroom wall, removed built in vanity cabinet, replaced the sheet rocks, sub floor boards, deck, windows trims to correct the leak problem. Demolish was supposed to be messy but his crew worked cleanly. They got the leak fixed, restored the vanity cabinet, install floor plywood, floor pad nicely. Will definitely call this company again. I am deeply thankful for your work. Thank you very much for repairing my house.

(remodel on tenant move) I don’t know where to begin. Juan was amazing. We started with just discussing a kitchen remodel/new layout and 2 full bath remodels. I ended with floor in the entire house (except beds), installed carpet in 3 bedrooms, 2 fireplaces retiled, a full kitchen remodel (added recessed and under cabinet lighting, gas/plumbing relocation and winow moved), installed appliances, 2 full bath (moved bath door, added shower light and fan), touch up paint and baseboards/trims. And it was reasonable. I am forever attached to this guy. His estimate was better than any I received. He kept me aware of anything that popped up providing resolution for it. He was timely, cleaned up, locked up I trusted him with my entire house. He picked up all merchandise. Offered to buy what I didn’t feel like grabbing and provided receipts along the way. I think I have found the guy that WILL be assisting me with all my house needs. I say go with him. I had a few others who were a lot of talk, super outrageously pricey or just no communication at all. Juan answered all emails, texts and calls promptly didn’t matter when. He was always available. I love love love my transition.

Juan remodeled our unfinished attic space (about 700+ sq ft) from top to bottom and turned it into a new office studio. He laid out the framework, ran electrical wires, put up insulation and drywall, painted and stained, added window trim, installed hardwood flooring and baseboards, and added storage cabinets. He was able to finish our attic in three weeks, and for a very reasonable price. He is a very hard worker, and really creative with his solutions. He always had helpful advice for me when I wasn't sure what decisions to make. He is now our go to contractor when we need work done around the house. I highly recommend him for his work quality, professional etiquette, and ease of communication. I am very happy with the work he is done, and can't wait to work with him again.
