- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We tailor fit the scope of work for every project according to the costumers true needs, desires and budget. We make it our highest goal and priority to ensure a clear and smooth process, from design through the build. We offer a year round %10 discount for Veterans, Teachers, ADA, firefighters and police officers. We offer seasonal discounts during specific holidays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with any new costumer is clear and simple: 1. We begin with a free on-site consultation meeting, during which we will discuss to ensure our fit to the project, understanding our costumer’s needs, required accomplishments and project budget. We will take the needed measurements and provide as much information possible about the project and its specific process. 2. We dedicate the required team members from our full design team which includes an architect, structural engineer and interior designer towards the project as needed. During this step we will create the needed blueprints, select any needed materials and provide 2D and 3D visualizations to ensure the whole team’s satisfaction of the design. 3. We will pull any needed permits for each project from the relevant building supervision (City/ County). 4. Our construction crew will perform all needed work trades, from start to finish to accommodate the project scope of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
• I’ve been working in the Bay Area residential construction industry for the past 7 years, working on project at all sizes including new construction homes. • Clear mandates a requirement of weekly training sessions on all of the residential construction trades for all team members.
