- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the type of project, materials needed, and the amount of time required. We provide fair and competitive pricing and discuss the details with customers upfront. We believe in being transparent about costs and making sure customers understand the work before we get started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by talking with the customer about their project and what they would like to accomplish. We then assess the work, discuss options and pricing, and answer any questions they may have. Once everything is agreed upon, we schedule the work and make sure the job is completed carefully and professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes primarily from hands-on training and years of working on different home improvement, repair, maintenance, and handyman projects. We continue to learn and improve our skills with every project while keeping safety and quality a priority.
