- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to keep things fair and simple. Every yard is different, so prices depend on the size of the job—but we always give upfront quotes so you’re not guessing. We also offer discounts for regular maintenance or combining services like lawn care + cleanup.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep it easy. First, we talk with you to understand what you need—sometimes over the phone, sometimes we stop by in person. Once we know what the job involves, we’ll give you a quote. If it works for you, we schedule the job and get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we’ve been doing this kind of work for years—everything from mowing and trimming to installing new landscaping and fixing irrigation problems. Most of what we’ve learned is from hands-on experience, and we always make sure we’re using the right tools and techniques to do the job right.
