- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am ALL IN with my clients. When you hire me, you're declaring "I am committing to this work" and I'm declaring, "I am on your team and I will do whatever I can to help make your dreams come true." My fees are premium and they are due upfront; this is not a 'half in' or 'drop in' coaching exchange. To become the person who does the damn thing, you have to start behaving like the person who does the damn thing. Commit, Show Up, Surrender, and Apply what we learn.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an introductory call. If it feels like it's a fit, you'll be invited to complete an Intake Form where we will clarify your goals for coaching. (At the end of our engagement, what would be a Victory?) If the chemistry is mutual, we'll enter into a formal coaching agreement for a minimum of 6 months. You sign an agreement, pay the fee, and schedule your first session. We meet twice a month over Zoom and connect as needed via email and text.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm certified with Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coaching, trained specifically on navigating change and uncertainty, and accredited as an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) with the ICF (International Coaching Federation). I've worked as a frontline Enterprise Seller in B2B Cloud Technology for 15 years (from scrappy startups to 7 years at Amazon Web Services (AWS) working with hyper scale digitally native businesses innovate and scale. During my time at Amazon, I created leadership development programs and trainings that helped sellers, solutions architects, and managers become confident, powerful, and effective at getting shit done.
