Helen W. says, "I had a nasty virus on my laptop. I contacted Thumbtack for help. Anthony was one of the contractors who responded to my request for help. Since I was going out of town in a few days, I didn’t have a lot of time to deal with this. Anthony suggested that we first try to fix the problem remotely. I wasn’t totally convinced, but he was so knowledgeable that I followed his instructions. It worked. All i had to do was follow his instructions, then let the downloaded software kill the virus. Needless to say I was ecstatic. It took a little over an hour for the software to do its thing. Anthony texted periodically to see at what step the software was on. He was very professional and reassuring during the entire process. Best of all, I didn’t have yo take my laptop anywhere or wait for a tech to come to my home. I would definitely call Anthony again if I need help."See more
