I hired Elizabeth to help transition my daughter into a toddler bed by swapping her into a larger room. I relied on her experience because this was my first time doing something like this, and I wanted the space to feel special and help my daughter adjust well. She made an effort to help me save money—sourcing used items from Facebook Marketplace and even researching options at retailers where I had gift cards from credit card points. That flexibility was helpful, and my daughter really does love her new room. That said, the overall experience was mixed. She quoted me a flat rate and later emphasized that I was getting a great deal, but I think that contributed to her deprioritizing the project. Her availability became inconsistent, and the job felt rushed at the end. The rooms weren’t left as clean or organized as I expected—there was dust on furniture, items stored in unlabeled boxes, and we’re still trying to locate a few things. I also had to remind her to cover furniture moved to storage. She pushed for immediate payment before providing a breakdown of the purchases she made on my behalf. When I asked for an itemized list, she seemed put out. The billing wasn’t clearly structured, and I ended up just paying to avoid the hassle. She has experience, a good eye, and good sourcing instincts, and I might recommend her in some cases—but only if you meet in person first, set very clear expectations, and stay on top of the details throughout. In hindsight, I needed someone more organized and client-focused—especially as someone new to this kind of project.

Elizabeth is more than an amazing and hard worker, she's a woman that has empathy, compassion and really puts her all into helping you get your life/house back in order. She helped my brother in law get his house in order after he got into a car accident. She not only organized and helped clean his house. But while he was there she helped him with his meals. She went above and beyond. I cannot say enough amazing things about her. I can't wait to have her at our house to help organize our garage. Thank you Elizabeth! You are the best!

I hired Elizabeth to organize my son's room, and update it from when he was a baby. She helped me reassemble his crib and set it up like a big boy! (She was handy with a screwdriver and not afraid to get in their and adjust it) She made great suggestions for his clothes, and how to set up his closet with some to room to grow. We were getting rid of his changing table/dresser. I was so impressed with what she did in my son's room, that I had her organize my pantry. I am so happy with it -- I can actually see what I have again. Elizabeth was very professional and described everything I would want to consider in advance, like how long the project would take and how to use shelving and storage items I already had in the house. She even takes donation items at the end of her time with no additional cost - phew. I plan to hire her again!

Elizabeth was amazing and able to accomplish a lot in 6 hours. I hired her to organize my home office, which has been getting out of hand and I just don't have the time to do it myself. I never hired anyone to help me with my paperwork or to set up my office more efficiently - and now I don't know why I waited so long! Elizabeth was able to hear my issues and had a suggested solution for each problem I posed. I was even able to hand her my archived files and receipts that had been stacking up, and within what felt like minutes she had them clearly filed away. I cannot recommend Elizabeth enough, she even has a sense of humor which made the experience feel easy. I am so relieved not to have to worry about all of my paperwork or disorganized desk anymore.
