Nate is great to get lessons from! I took guitar lessons for three years and I recommend him for these reasons a couple reasons. He’s very knowledgable about so many different different aspects of playing music and producing music, its impossible to have nothing new to learn or do. He has a wide variety of exercises that helped improve my musicianship. He’s very friendly, and worked to help me best accomplish my music goals. I learned some of my favorite songs with Nate’s help and I can say I improved a lot by doing more and more challenging songs. I also enjoyed asking him questions I had about music and because he’d always be able to explain the answer in a way that makes sense. Nate is the best instructor I’ve had.

I've been taking singing lessons with Nate, and it's been a very positive experience. He's very passionate, and has a great attention to detail with the precision of his tonal ear. He's constantly helping me make slight adjustments to get each note perfect. He has a bright attitude and great energy that makes learning fun; I'm always excited after each class bc I feel I've made progress and learned new stuff. Would recommend!

Nate is an excellent piano teacher. He is very friendly and easy to work with. And he clearly has years of experience as a musician (when he just jams and solos for a bit, my mind is blown every time) and as a teacher and can make the learning experience enjoyable for any student. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a little bit of wiggle room, but my prices are set higher because of all my extensive training & expertise - you get what you pay for :) I require payment to be received before the session starts. I also require sufficient notice for cancellations & will still charge for missed lessons - cancelling the night before is fine but an hour before isn't.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always allow things to evolve organically - I find that doing this ensures we focus on what goals & areas of interest are most important to the customer.
