- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a little bit of wiggle room, but my prices are set higher because of all my extensive training & expertise - you get what you pay for :) I require payment to be received before the session starts. I also require sufficient notice for cancellations & will still charge for missed lessons - cancelling the night before is fine but an hour before isn't.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always allow things to evolve organically - I find that doing this ensures we focus on what goals & areas of interest are most important to the customer.
