- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can call us at **********. We are here to help you with any questions, scheduling and ensuring work is completed to your satisfaction. For your appliance repairs, we will set up a diagnostics. Diagnostics is always free with repairs. If you approve, we can repair on the same day in most cases. If parts need to be ordered from out of are warehouse, we get them expedited to be delivered typically in 2 days , so that your appliance is up and running quickly. All repairs are guranteed for 3 months We proactively take care scheduling and guarantee all our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed General Contractor in California, as well as licensed in appliance repair and installs. All our technicians and handymen are vetted for skills and back ground verified. We only hire top quality professionals who not only have exceptional skills, but are also trained to provide great customer service.
