I am tough but know how to adapt the program for all levels of ability. I can program and implement a program which will get client results, create excellent client retention, and keep clients safe.
As a wellness coach, I can work with clients in and outside of boot camp to keep them motivated, and focused and to create goals and action steps to their success.
