I received a call immediately after posting and was lucky enough to get service the same day. They arrived within 30 minutes, and he managed to load everything from the quote photos into the truck by himself in less than 10 minutes! I also had a very sudden request to remove some extremely heavy exercise equipment from upstairs; he readily agreed, called a colleague for help, and gave me a very reasonable price. They used their own tools for disassembly and were so careful that there wasn't a single scratch on the house. There were no excuses or attempts to haggle over the price. Communication in English was perfect, and their service manners were top-notch. I’m beyond satisfied and highly recommend them!
