Bob has serviced our San Ramon rental home a couple of times, and hes been great. We initially reached out because we were dealing with a cockroach/ant issue, and he took the time to thoroughly inspect the property, explain where the pests were likely coming from, and walk us through his treatment plan. He was very informative, patient with all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Since his visits, weve noticed a significant improvement, and its given us real peace of mind.
