I have personally used Tri-County Carpet Care several times for my home and for my business in the last few years. Having your carpets cleaned at your business can be a challenge because it can be very disruptive. They were very accommodating with my requests on when I wanted them to come. I've also found them to be incredibly knowledgeable. My family suffers from allergies and I had talked to Tammy about this and she suggested I try to clean my carpets every 6 months. I took her advice and I have definitely noticed a change in my family's health. I've also had them repair some snags/damaged carpet....and they were able to do that as well! I appreciate the service they have always provided me with and the respect for my time. They were always punctual and incredibly careful for my furniture/personal belongings. I've also recommended them to several friends and they have all been very happy with the service and the quality of their work! So glad I found Tri-County Carpet Care!!

Tri-County Carpet Care came in a cleaned my white (8 year old) carpet and it feels (and looks) like it is brand new. If I'd known how easy this would be and what a great job they could do, I would have done this years ago!

I am a dog trainer and often have several dogs in my house at a time. Occasionally spots happen with Spot ; ) Tri County Carpet Care came in when another service was unable to get some stubborn stains out for me. The stains are gone! Yay ! Tri county was fabulous, on time, professional, and very pleasant. They are my go to company for carpet care now. I have also referred a friend, she was extremely happy as well. It gives you peace of mind to know your carpets are super clean, its even nicer when there is incredible customer service to go along. Tri County has incredible customer service !
