Introduction: At Inner Sanctuary Wellness, my goal is to help you reclaim peace and happiness by living a healthier & stress-free life. I am an Intuitive Energy Healer, with an experience of practicing Reiki, Mindfulness and Meditation practices for more than a decade. I have worked successfully with individuals with autism, anxiety disorder, depression and cancer. My experience as a behavioral therapist enables me to work with children with autism, ADHD and Asperger's. The healing sessions I offer incorporate several healing modalities and the recommended growth work with self empowerment techniques is offered as part of the Intuitive healing. I am a Certified Child Meditation Facilitator (Guided Imagery Specialist) and a Certified Mindfulness Instructor for Children, Certified meditation Instructor, Death Doula,Certified in EFT, Pranic Healing, Emotion code, Access Bars practitioner and a Certified Stress Management & Corporate Wellness Coach and a Certified Akashic Records Practitioner. I am Wellness Educator/ Coach at Alcor Solutions, Inc.' Wellness expert sessions rendered at Tinder, vCOM, Luminous Pathways, Mindfulness Coach for Apart But Not Alone ( featured on KRON 4 and ABC7) The most rewarding part of my work is to hear that the Universal Energy is working in so many different ways. I meet like minded people who share their wealth of knowledge with me and contribute more to my journey of exploration as I contribute to theirs. The classes I offer include Reiki, Aura Cleansing, Chakra Awareness, Corporate Wellness sessions and much more... Manuals and Certificates are included for all classes. The discount package I offer is if you purchase 4 sessions (paid in full), you get 10% off the total cost. Discount applicable to 45 mins and 60 min sessions only.

Words can’t express how grateful I am to have met Monica! I took Reiki level one and completely enjoyed myself. I was super impressed by her Reiki module, I love the way I was able to learn what I needed to learn and her module was straight to the point. I feel if you are looking to learn about Reiki, this is the perfect master for you! She’s very knowledgeable, professional and great with words. The room was also filled with a lot of healing energy, I felt wonderful after my lesson.

Monica has a calming energy about her. I felt comfortable right away. She is extremely intuitive and knowledgeable. I took Rikie 1 from her. She has answered any questions that I have had since that first meeting. I highly suggest her For a Ricci healing, or if someone is looking to be certified in Rikie .

Special offer: With reserving and paying for 4 reiki sessions, get 10% off all sessions Hands-on Reiki :$55 for 30 minutes (for children) , $90 for 45 minutes and $125 for one hour Distance Reiki for pets: $55 for 30 minutes Chakra Healing: $125 for one hour Healing with Reiki and Energized Crystals: $130 Access Bars Session: $100 for 60 mins Akashic records: $75 for one hour $145 for 90 mins
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free consultation is offered for new customers over the phone or in person. Customers can contact me by text or email and set up an appointment for Reiki/Access Bars/EFT/ Workshops. Partial payment for workshops is required and there is a fee for cancellation for appointments less than 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and also teach workshops on Chakra Awareness and Healing. I am a Certified Corporate Wellness Coach. My experience includes working a Behavioral Therapist, children with special needs and preschoolers. I have a Certification in EFT, meditation, meditation for children and am an Access Bars practitioner and an Akashic Records Practitioner.
