A great group of smart, creative folks! I've had the opportunity to work with The Light Digital team for over a year now and I find them efficient, effective and (dare I say it) fun. Marketing right now can present new challenges on a regular basis, especially for small businesses Paul Benton and his team of experts see the opportunity in the challenge and seem to have a handle on it all. Working with them on the Customer Testimonials Video series, I've been able to experience the care and involvement they have with clients; taking an idea, developing the strategy and turning all that into new business. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All proposals are custom. Most of our clients invest $2000-$5000 per month on recurring marketing and advertising strategies we design, implement and manage. A typical, new business word press website is typically $2500-$4500 as a standalone project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a four step process: 1. Meet & Greet by phone 2. One hour needs analysis by Zoom 3. One hour consultation by Zoom, presenting written recommendations. 3. Follow up Question & Answer meeting, signing if appropriate, and scheduling of work commencement. There is no obligation/cost until an agreement is signed (step 4). Blind quotes are not part of our process.
