Girish is very detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional.His advice on investing in a few repairs and staging really helped.He found a very nice contractor and took care of managing the repair process.Took care of staging, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.He is always available for any questions.When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. House was tagged as Hot home in just a day.Our house went under contract within 8 days after we put it on the market at asking price. We accepted and Girish walked us through every step of the closing process and took care of almost everything by himself. It was really awesome working with Girish for our first home. I should not say "WAS" but "IS". What I mean to say that Girish provides his services beyond the call of duty. Now that the home purchase is over, he is not obligated to provide any services to us but he is a family friend now and guides us with each and every aspect of the home ownership. And I bet we need that guidance quite often being first time home owners.It took us a while, almost 7-8 months to narrow down on a house as per our liking but Girish was very patient and never pressurized us to make a decision in a hurry. Ultimately that patience paid off and we found a wonderful house in an excellent locality which we call home now.Girish was very helpful in deciding the locality and the type of house we wanted as well. Being first time home buyers, it is very difficult to make decisions and a lot of guidance is needed. Girish's knowledge and expertise of different localities along with what to look for in a house before purchase helped us in making our final decision. I still keep on bugging him for some help and guidance and he always responds with a smile. We just bought our first house in the Bay Area with the help of Girish. We had a wonderful experience with Girish. We were first-time homebuyers with lot of questions about how to find the right place. He is honest, well informed and hands-on. His main focus was always on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs. When we finally found a property, Girish walked us through every step, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. He even helped us in finding a mortgage consultant and a contractor for renovation. He's great about communication and can answer any questions you have at any point of time before and after the transaction.
