A polished, polite and professional organized team.I was thankful they took me on as a client when most firms were at capacity. I purchased their tax planning service. They delivered on their promise to routinely meet with our business to strategize and plan and were prompt in responding to our needs through the year.They also prepared my state and federal taxes, and I received a tax refund! Working with their firm did pay off. I couldnt remember the last time I got a refund! I always owed something when working with other financial professionals.Some other reviewers comment that Miguel markets too much, which he does market a lot for his services, but I came to learn through our partnership that he is enthusiastic knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing financial planning and services . I found Miguel and his team to be trustworthy and deserving of managing these aspects of my business.If you own a business and have your financial reporting in order*, can afford their services*, and be able to financially implement* any tax planning done together, then yes I highly recommend this firm. Must pay to get his bad reviews removed. He is so shady and does so bad on taxes I was audited by the State of California and the IRS. I wrote a long review back in 2016, but now its gone, look back at all his old reviews they are all 5 stars, not one is a 4,3,2 or 1. That proves how shady he is! He promised to save me money on my taxes and swindled me into getting a pension plan, probably for his commission, which was a bad idea since I had a 70 yr old employee and I had to cancel it later. I also was purchasing a home and needed a letter for my Mtg co. from my CPA, since I was self employed and he refused to write it without me signing another year long contract with him and paying $15,000. I only have personal taxes and an S corp to do, that is a ridiculous price. Hope this saves someone the headache from using him.

As I indicated to you during the mediation process with the Better Business Bureau, which found that there were no merits to your claims since we were never engaged to prepare your payroll taxes.
