- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take multiple types of insurance, in network benefits, out of network benefits and private pay. We offer discounts for private pay, new clients requesting an associate therapist and sliding scale. Check out our website
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would gather your information in an intake call, match you to a therapist and schedule an initial consultation or appointment. We can usually get you in within one week of your contact with one of our experienced therapists.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our therapists are registered associates with qualified supervisors or independently licensed therapists in the state of California, as well as Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, Utah and Colorado.
