Following her passion for medicine and a career as an MD, Dr. Daljeet Singh focused on Mental Health with a desire to connect with people to assist in their healing in a wholesome way. “Mens Sana in Corpore Sano”, she follows this motto of her medical school to emphasize that being healthy means to have a sound mind in a sound body. Dr. Singh received her MD from India, and 2 other Master's degrees. One is MPH with speciality in public health practice from Uni. of Arizona, and other Masters in mental health with a dual focus on marriage and family therapy (MFT)and clinical counseling (PCC). She has been privileged to help patients work through depression, anxiety, family conflicts, OCD, trauma, and addictions, including many other diagnosed issues. Her work experience is diverse, from treating medial illness, providing therapy to populations of all ages with complex mental health challenges including addiction, working as clinic director in community mental health clinics, to counseling families/couples with internal conflicts. Dr. Singh assists her patients using an integrative approach that combines elements of humanistic, relational, depth, solution-focused, narrative, DBT, cognitive, and psychodynamic perspectives in the best manner for each unique patient.
