- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always loved animals, and I got started working with dogs at my local animal shelter as a dog walker. As my knowledge grew, I started obedience training and have been training dogs now for almost 10 years.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do they love what they do? Does is show? Are they realistic? Make sure your trainer is knowledgeable in more than one method of training as dogs are not a one size fits all sort of deal. Train the dog in front of you 🐶
