- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on different variables my price could vary so please let me know what I will need to provide therefore I can give you a rough estimate of pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I go through the following: - I provide a basic/signature menu of cocktails to give you an idea of what I can do quick and effieciently. - How many are expected to arrive. - Preferences of alcohol to be served. - What needs to be provided from me if there isn't a bar or much of a bar.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
From the age of 16 I have always been involved in the hospitality industry. However it wasn’t until I turned 18 where I was allowed to pour my first ever pint of Guinness and from there on, I fell in love with the craft.
