- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing has a few formats. Based on scope of work, size of project, materials involved, time line of project and man hours needed to complete the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with looking at the scope of work on the project, Find out the project location, timeline for the project, and last of all the budget. I the assess if I am able to do the scope of work in the timeline and for what the client is able to pay for the work and materials. I like to make sure it is a good fit for the client and myself. I then put together an agreement to protect the client and myself from any misunderstandings to show a clear picture of what will be done and in what time frame to complete the work, I then proceed with setting up a start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed, bonded contractor with the state of California. 4 Years carpenters apprenticeship. Licensed in the state of California from 2002 to current.
