Introduction: STOP!!!! PLEASE read my profile!! It's important that you know what I do , and that is specialty work.. I am a retired licensed general contractor. I recently relocated from Orange County to the East Bay. I was one of the top rated pros in the most affluent areas (Irvine, Lake forest, Costa Mesa, Newport, San Juan Capistrano, etc.). I am a one man operation, sometimes I will include a helper. I like to work with general contractors on their trim packages. I have been specializing in accent walls and panel work; from California moderne to Boisserie, Board and batten, wainscoting, coffered ceilings, and shiplap walls and ceilings. Crown molding also. Price really depends on conditions and details. I DO NOT PAINT. My painting makes my work look ok. A pro painter makes my work look wonderful! I will come take a look and give a price if the job is not too far away. Otherwise, phone and pictures help to price a project. Because I am a one-man operation, my overhead is low, but I can handle many of the projects general contractors do. I keep the job site clean and safe, always protecting finished surfaces in my work area. I am punctual and reliable. I do my utmost to do the job without shortcuts, preventing call backs.
