Elizabeth did a good job on my dog & noticed some cysts on my dog while bathing her which I called my vet about & sent the pics to him Elizabeth took while bathing her. She was very dog friendly with Mariah who took to her right away. A very pleasant experience. From making the appt. to the end, Aussie company was pleasant & professional.
