This was great experience! Response was super fast! He was very professional and did great work! He went through several area to get rid of a tough bathroom clog! We were so lucky to have come across Armando through this App! He responded quickly and not only fixed our ongoing issue but discovered a SEPARATE issue with our pipes that if not found, would have turned out to be catastrophic. We had a GREAT experience with Caliber one plumbing! Mando came out and assessed the problem quickly and efficiently. After seeing what was needed, he gave us a fair price to come back and take care of the entire issue. The previous owners of our home dumped old grease down the drain for years and we could NOT get it to clear! Mando had our kitchen up and running in no time! We will use Caliber One Plumbing for any future plumbing needs! As new home owners, hiring new trustworthy people to come into your home can be so daunting- but Caliber One Plumbing made it easy! :) highly recommend!

for drain cleaning I'm $69 through a accessible clean out. For water heaters just a simple swap out 40 gallon on the first floor I'm $1150 price includes the heater.
