We were beyond pleased and amazed with the quality of work and attention we were offered by Isaac for our event. Isaac went above and beyond for us and was very professional, punctual and overall provided us with a great experience. He is very well equipped with a variety of items for each photo. Everything is very well organized and displayed. We definitely recommend Focused Concepts Photobooth Productions and will be using them for future events. Just had my 40rh Birthday party and we chose Focused Concepts Photobooth for the party. Everything went really smoothly. Isaac was very professional. We contacted me right after I booked the service and was very patience with me as I had a few changes in the background for the photo. He came to set up the photobooth earlier than the scheduled time and stayed the whole time to assist the guests using the photobooth. I have a lot of compliment how beautiful the pictures turned out and the quality is beyond what I expected. Our guests had a lot of fun with the props and the night was a success. Thank you Isaac! I would choose Focus concepts photobooth again for our future events.

I needed a photo booth for a corporate event and while we tend to shop the lowest price, in this case, Isaac's service was worth EVERY penny. A few details: - Isaac followed up through the entire bid process, providing proofs and working with my graphic artist to develop the logo/colors we wanted. - Isaac coordinated with our hotel contact, to determine the best location, set up time, etc for his part of the event, while I was unavailable and off site. - Isaac handled all onsite event details himself, instead of handing me off to someone else. He engaged everyone to enjoy the photo booth, including our executive team, which lent to our environment of camaraderie. - Isaac provided a clear quote and invoice for all billing, which made for a very smooth process with my finance dept. - Isaac recommended a DJ on short notice, who also did an outstanding job for our event. Overall, I highly recommend Isaac and his complete attention to detail for your corporate or personal event.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be to take a look at the quality of their pictures and their overall setup. Some photo booths are DIY and look like it. My booth is professionally designed and set up to take professional quality pictures. In addition, the lighting in my pictures is set up to avoid any redeye, hot spots, or shadowing.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish my customers knew how much I care about their satisfaction and that they are not only receiving a photo booth rental, they are also receiving a friend. I truly appreciate my customers and value their time.
