Unlike some of the people I spoke to, Chris never mentioned that I need to replace this old unit and offered to fix it at a very reasonable rate. He is extremely responsive to messages and very easy going. He was fully booked today but he came to help us fix the garage door in a timely manner.
The communication between is was clear, and he didn't even need to pay a visit to give me an estimate. I really appreciate his professionalism and his work!
After he fixed our door, Chris helped greased it up, helped reset our remotes, and said the warranty is one year. If I ever have any needs for garage doors, he will be the person I go to. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.
