I was really pleased with the service provided. I wanted grass removed from my backyard, I attached an example picture. New Horizon was reasonable on pricing and very honest in doing the job. They came back to spray the weeds couple days later after I had already paid them for this 1 time cleaning job. I definitely recommend them

Everything started out great, got a fast quote over text. He was suppose to come on a Saturday, it rained so and he was unable to come, which is understandable. He said he would come that Monday after and no show or text. He then came the following weekend and did a great job, worked really fast and was very helpful. We paid him for the month upfront and he said he would come the next weekend to replant some plants, spray weed killer and attach some plants to the wall. No show, no text. The following weekend, no call no show. Then the following week I reached out to him and he said he would come over Saturday at noon. No show, no text. I texted him Saturday at 2pm and he never responded. Very unreliable and not communicative. It’s a shame because he does great work. If he is going to be that flaky then he should not take payment for the whole month upfront.

We had a few bids on our small backyard that needed weeding, some small plants/trees trimmed back, etc. One of the companies even came out to walk the little yard and quoted us more than double New Horizons bid (lowest price). We even thought maybe they didn’t understand what we needed done. But to our pleasant surprise Oscar came out by himself and did it in under 1 hr; yard looks like when we 1st moved in; great service and quality of work: without gouging on pricing.
