Francene did an excellent job from start to finish. The kitchen in particular was handled with strong attention to detail, including areas that are often overlooked. She went a step further by sealing gaps around cupboards with caulking to help prevent pests and rodents from getting through, which showed an impressive level of care and thoroughness beyond a typical cleaning service.
She was very thorough, didn’t hesitate to get into the tougher spots, and made sure everything was properly cleaned rather than just surface-level. Although the job took most of the day, she still followed through, honored her commitment, and completed everything as promised. The overall result was a noticeably cleaner and more organized space, and her work ethic stayed consistent throughout the job. She’s someone worth having around and I would highly recommend giving her a chance—you’ll likely be surprised by the level of detail and care she brings to her work.
