Ray came to my condo to remove 3 full trees and one partial tree. He did a nice job. The trees were one of the toughest to remove and he worked very hard to finally get all of them removed through the roots at a very nominal cost. I am very much impressed by his hard work and I will suggest anyone to go to him for their tree trimming/removal work.

The whole experience was a mess. I needed a job done by a certain time, they accepted the job, and that didn't happen. Two guys showed up without the proper equipment. Turns out they borrowed stuff from my neighbors. They didn't listen to my requests and ended up taking down a wire fence I didn't want down and took 5 hours and left the mess to pick up the next day. My neighbors are bigots and harassed them so I spoke up in their defense and told them to leave my workers alone and one of the guys walks off with the bigot! When he came back he said he took a job with the guy. I was on a time limit and these guys knew it. The guy must need money bad because he swallowed his pride after being insulted and took a job with the guy who insulted him. so time limit is over I didn't get what I needed done. It was dark so they left the whole mess on my lawn by my picket fence and left. The next day when they came back they had their office call and ask for more money that it was not enough. at that point I just wanted them done. They didn't clean out under the hedge at all and they cut the tree and left the roots for me to dig out. Before they left they broke my picket fence and didn't tell me, they propped it up with a rock. I ended up giving them $100.00 more then what they agreed to when they took the job because their office was saying they wanted more because they weren't making anything off this deal. so, Would I hire them again? No. would I recommend them ? No. I am now left with a broken picket fence, a different fence that I can not replace, cleaning up a lot left and digging out roots from the tree cause they hid them covered under a pile of dirt. If they take a job they should be able to do it completely. I should not have had to do anything afterwards. If they leave a quote they should honor that and not ask for more later. They should know how to communicate so that there is no misunderstanding of what is expected of them. They should stay at the job they were hired for not walk off with someone else.If they damage property they should arrange for it to be repaired not hide it. If they don't want the job they shouldn't take it instead of hiding stuff with dirt and leaves and rocks. It was a very bad experience.
