- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing on what I see. In other words, I can't give a price without seeing or inspecting the property/job site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to see or inspect property or jobs site before actually agreeing on the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The only training that I've had is my experience on the field. 15 years doing landscape maintenance.
