- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Another mortise lock was malfunctioning; the deadbolt could not be retracted. Usually this requires cutting the bolt, but I devised another method which is invisible, with no damage to the cylinder, door, strike or jamb. This problem occurred because the cylinder was improperly rekeyed by another locksmith.. be careful who you trust with this task!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to me! I am older than dirt, and have a great deal of experience with locks and doors. I can ask the right questions to help you find out quickly what the issue is, and whether you can solve the problem yourself, or if a service call is needed.
